Veneered skirtings are softwood skirtings that are covered with thin layer of hardwood veneer. The skirting is made of softwood – pine or fir. Covered with hardwood – mainly oak and ash but also there are some exotic wood options. Veneered skirtings are prefinished in factory – oiled or lacquered. Such skirtings are installed using special clips, screws or nails and/or glue.
